After watching "Freedom Riders," I was reminded that I dislike it when corporations, NGOs, and "conscious" folks play loose with phrases like ‘join the movement!’. Buying a product, subscribing to an email list, or forwarding a video is not joining the movement. People lived and died and bled for the movement. Let’s not be glib with that term. Show some respect.
